Stopped by my son's home to help him and his fiance out with their new baby...My Grandson! While there, I decided to make dinner for the family. Out of the many dishes I could have prepared, I thought I would make something that would be easy to "warm up" the next day.
I made a health conscious "Wholegrain Spinach Lasagna" with ground turkey. The lasagna noodles were made with wholegrain pasta, part skim mozzarella, basil, onion, garlic and fresh spinach to name a few ingredients. It was a hit!
